1g- 2g of powder up to three times per day.

Knotgrass Leaf Tea can be made into a hot herbal drink by infusing the herb in boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Use 1 - 3 tsp of dried Knotgrass per 1 cup of boiling water 3 times a day.

The production process for Indigo Herbs Knotgrass Tea is very simple; the plant leaves are usually harvested during peak maturity and are set out to be air dried until they have as little moisture in them as possible.
