- Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice.
- Scoop 1 -2 teaspoons of herbal and the same for each of your friends into a pot and add boiling water.
- 3 cup tea pot = 3 / 6 teaspoons of herbal tea.
- Let the tea infuse for 15 minutes.
- Simply pour the brewed tea into cups and serve.

Fennel seed
No significant side effects have been found. However people with Estrogen dependent cancer should avoid fennel in large quantities.
Fenugreek seed
Use of more than 100 grams of seeds daily can cause intestinal upset and nausea. Otherwise, fenugreek is extremely safe.
Blessed Thistle
People who are allergic to the daisy plant family may experience allergic symptoms.
Alfalfa leaf
People with autoimmune disease, gout and women who are pregnant should avoid Alfalfa Leaf Tea.
Nettle leaf

Chamomile flowers
Chamomile is part of the Asteraceae plant family, which includes ragweed and chrysanthemum, so people with allergies may react when they use chamomile either internally or topically. Chamomile should not be taken during pregnancy. Chamomile contains coumarin, a naturally-occurring compound with anticoagulant or blood-thinning effects. It should not be combined with warfarin or other medications or supplements that have the same effect or be used by people with bleeding disorders. It shouldn't be used two weeks before or after surgery.
