Infuse 1-2 teaspoons of Lady's Mantle tea per cup of boiling hot water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy up to 3 times per day.

Not recommended for pregnant women. Some herbalists recommend taking Lady’s Mantle tea in the last few weeks of pregnancy to prepare the uterus for labour and prevent hemorrhage. Please always check with your healthcare provider before using any herbs during pregnancy.
Lady's Mantle Tea is made from the very best examples of Lady's Mantle leaves dried and cut for loose leaf tea. This process is generally a simple one where the leaves are harvested and selected for quality before they are dried in shade. When nearly all of the moisture has evaporated from the leaves there is another selection process before they are cut to size for loose leaf tea. The Lady's Mantle Tea is then tested for foreign chemical profiles before being made ready for shipment.
