Grab a teapot, a cafetiere or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Soak the lemon peel overnight in cold water, then it can be added to grains and rice after cooking, it can be added to fruit salads, yogurt, smoothies, breads and cakes.

Manufacture Process
Indigo Herbs Lemon Peel Tea comes from Paraguay and is grown under supervision in Lemon tree plantations. When the lemon fruit is at peak maturity at the end of the summer they are handpicked and sorted for quality before being cleaned and peel separated from the fleshy innards. The Lemon peel that is used for Indigo Herbs Lemon Peel Tea has been rigorously checked ensuring it is absolutely packed with lovely zesty essential oils. After screening the lemon peel is then air dried out of the sun until most of the moisture has evaporated. This ensures that none of the essential oils are damaged by the strong rays of the sun. The peel is then packed and made ready for shipping. This process complies with GMP standards and has the Indigo Herbs seal of approval.
