Lemongrass Tea can be made into a delicious hot drink by decocting the Lemongrass into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve.

Cultivated in close proximity, the Lemongrass plants first reach maturity before they can be cut and dried in semi shade. Only the best prime examples of the leaf are used in our tea. The plant matter is then slow dried out of direct sunlight and tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
