The flowers that are used for Indigo Herbs Lime Flowers Tea come from plants that are grown specifically for the use as tea. Cultivated in close proximity, the Lime Flowers reach maturity before they can be cut and dried in semi shade. Only the best prime examples of the Lime Flowers are used in our tea. The plant matter is then slow dried out of direct sunlight and tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
