Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder can be added to smoothies or hot drinks such as coffee and cocoa. It blends excellently with other mushroom powders and Organic Cacao or Raw Cacao powders to create a delicious and nutritious mushroom hot chocolate. It can be added to soups, stews and used to make a super healthy vegetable stock.

Indigo Herbs Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder is grown in a controlled environment on sterile grain based substrate. After the mushrooms have reached maturity they are harvested and put in specially designed vacuumed sealed dehumidifiers. After the drying process is over, the mushrooms are milled using a grade 60 mesh. There is absolutely nothing added to this Lion’s Mane mushroom powder and it has been rigorously checked for foreign contaminants. I started this about 10 days ago for neurological problems, including Trigemimal Neuralgia. I tried so many seriously heavy pharmaceuticals to try and control the pain, but either couldn’t tolerate or didn’t work.
The last few days have been almost pain free - for the first time in over three months my face is not being electrocuted! And, my feet and legs feel a lot better than they did.

I started taking 1 teaspoon of this to help with nerve damage recovery. One month In a doctor was so surprised my latest nerve recovery result that he asked me what I was doing. Lions mane mushroom powder I replied. At the same time I also became a type 1 diabetic. Two months in my blood sugar readings have surprisingly returned to non diabetic levels. I am astounded. Only trouble is that the taste of this stuff is seriously yuck but so what!
