Menopause Tea 50g
- Grab a cafetiere or your tea making equipment of choice.
- Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of the blend and add boiling water.
- 3 cup tea pot = 3 / 6 teaspoons of herbal tea.
- Let the tea infuse for 5 - 15 minutes depending on how strong you want your tea.
- Pour and enjoy.
Swanson Menopause Complete 30 tabs
As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule three to four times per day with water. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are taking any prescription medication or if you have a medical condition, especially a liver disorder. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal discomfort or develop symptoms of liver trouble, such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice. Red Clover Tincture
Red Clover Flowers Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice. Traditionally Taken: 2-5ml up three times a day or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner.
