- Grab a cafetiere or your tea making equipment of choice.
- Scoop 1 - 2 teaspoons of the blend and add boiling water.
- 3 cup tea pot = 3 / 6 teaspoons of herbal tea.
- Let the tea infuse for 5 - 15 minutes depending on how strong you want your tea.
- Pour and enjoy.

Red Clover: If taking blood thinning medication consult doctor before taking Red clover. Not known to interfere with prescription hormone replacement drugs such as HRT. It is not recommended for women on estrogen based birth control pills.
Motherwort: Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants- blood thinners, aspirin, garlic, willow bark, vitamin E in supplement form, or people with clotting disorders
Rooibos: None Known.
Damiana: The leaves have a minor laxative effect and may cause loosening of the stools at higher amounts. Until more is known about Damiana's effects on the female hormonal system, it should be avoided during pregnancy.
Rose Blossom: None Known.
Chamomile: Chamomile is part of the Asteraceae plant family, which includes ragweed and chrysanthemum, so people with allergies may react when they use chamomile either internally or topically. Chamomile should not be taken during pregnancy or breast-feeding. Chamomile contains coumarin, a naturally-occurring compound with anticoagulant or blood-thinning effects. It should not be combined with warfarin or other medications or supplements that have the same effect or be used by people with bleeding disorders. It shouldn't be used two weeks before or after surgery.
Ginkgo Leaf: Gingko is not advised for those taking blood thinning agents, such as aspirin or walfarin.
