Absolutely love this product! It’s pure organic Milk Thistle with nothing added. I take injections which can play havoc with my liver, I tried so many other companies, they were awful. But when I found Indego Herbs product the difference was astounding… It’s now pleasurable to take it in my daily tea, my blood results are now spot on! I’ve learned so much health information on their website with each product that I now buy a lot, I look and feel so much better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Indego Herbs

With a more peppery and herb like smell I have found this to be used more effectively as a herb while cooking daily. Using to heal the Liver after many years of drug and alcohol abuse. Can vouch for its effectiveness after having used for a week and having one two many drinks (now a rare occpsion) the hang over was almost none existent which I know all to well is not the case at all usually. This is not my intended persistent plan for this seed and was an occosional drink as stated but was a very interesting and welcomed outcome given the high hopes and expectations for it.

Great product, its good to weigh it and put it on my food or put it into a smoothie. Nearly 2 years on the use by date 21 months left to be precise. Products origin is Austria, it comes in a good resealable pouch. Its high in oxalates it says it contains 1517mg per 100g on google but that may not be precise however, just to make kidney stone formers aware if that was a problem you could try an extract, but this is a great product, im having 4 grams per day atm as part of my healing regime reversing NAFLD with a ketogenic diet less than 30 grams of carbs a day but up to 1500 calories per day for me a 52 kilo man, my belly shrank in a few days from the diet and I feel great, and Im also using supplements like Tocotrienols and Choline to help heal. I recommend Indigo Herbs, there based in Glastonbury and Im sure there passionate about supplying the cleanest freshest organic, Milk Thistle Seed Powder, in its raw form ensuring your purchasing the raw undamaged molecule for maximum health benefits. It tasts nutty, and its quite fibrous but I swallow it with a mouth full of food. You can take any dose. I have purchased this product from, Indigo Herbs, a few times and I think its a great product.

Actually finding good to eat straight off the teaspoon rather than mixed in a drink (afterwards having some water, fruit juice, smoothie or herbal tea to drink); quite pleasant slightly nutty, mild aniseed taste 😋

Excellent Service and products I mix 1 heaped teaspoon of this milk thistle powder with a small amount of fresh juice, then mix to smooth paste top up with more juice and drink straight down, 👌 I certainly think its giving me more energy and convinced it is contributing to the detoxification .. I like this product a lot. I know all the benefits of Milk Thistle for the liver etc. I take 1 tsp straight in my mouth and drink a little bit of pure water and swallow. I wish there were 200g bags.

I've not used this on its own, I've been using it as one part of a 3-part active blend for about a month and it seems to be doing a very good job for me so far.

I bought this product, as I had previously been buying pre-made Milk Thistle teabags. This is a much cheaper way of consuming milk thistle. I can now make my own teabags. The product arrived swiftly and is packed in a handy resealable pouch. Perfect!
