Taking herbs in a Tincture or Fluid extract preparation is simple and easy. The tincture can be measured out in a small ml measuring cup, medicine cup or spoon, and the tincture can be taken directly.

However some people do find the bitter tincture taste to be too strong, so it may be a good idea to dilute the drops in water or fruit juice. For children, the elderly, those with a sensitive constitution or those avoiding alcohol, the alcohol can be evaporated from the tincture. This can be done by putting the drops in boiling water and leaving for 10 minutes to evaporate. For full instructions go to our How to take Herbal Tincture page.

Mugwort Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice.

 Manufacture Process

All leaves that are used in this Mugwort tincture have come from mature Artemisia vulgaris plants. The leaves that are used are rigorously checked to ensure that all are fit for purpose and totally free form pollutants. The leaves then undergo a process of cold percolation in order to extract the active constituents into tincture form. The cold percolation method employs a gradient circulation of the solution which keeps the plant ingredients in perpetual contact with the ethanol. This technique is faster and more efficient than maceration and ensures there is less waste of precious plant materials. This premium quality product is manufactured to GMP standards and Quality Assured by Indigo Herbs. It is 100% pure botanical ingredients, completely free of synthetic ingredients with absolutely nothing added.

I have tried several different tinctures in the time I have been using it. This is by far the best tincture I have purchased online - I find the alternatives far too sweet. I have purchased this one a few times and will keep on buying it. Indigo Herbs is a great company to buy from.

Don't know how effective it's going to be for the condition I was recommended to buy it for, but so far so good.

When I use this almost right before falling asleep, I wake up from very intense vivid lucid dreams. If I use it an hour before falling asleep, I can remember 4 dreams (without this tincture, I can remember only one dream or two). Whenever I use this, no matter if it's for relaxation during the day or for lucid dreaming during the night, my imagination becomes very vivid after about half an hour, and this effect lasts for about 6 hours.
