Love this product. Very unexpected mild and creamy smell and essence. Goes well in shakes with Cocoa and Vanilla. Not using for any particular problem but more for the awareness of prostate health and what years of accumulation of toxins through poor diet and overindulgence will bring. I have no doubts that combined with my prolonged dietary changes this will add benefits.

Im hoping its doing the health benefits it’s meant to! Its not the nicest taste or texture to me.. it doesn’t fully dissolve in the hot water, but the power granules are too small ti put into a strainer… maybe the leaves are better for tea purposes than this powder.. but still drinkable

I bought it to help with oestrogen dominance and allergies and have noticed a significant improvement with both, have a noticeable amount more energy, less headaches and no more foggy head, improvement in allergies and more and I’ve only been taking it for 3 weeks, plus the 250g bag Is such good value. Will definitely be purchasing again. I’ve been taking it as a tea with a tsp of honey to sweeten, it’s not an unpleasant taste but takes some getting used to and a little gritty if it doesn’t dissolve properly but all in all not bad!
