Nettle Leaf Tea can be made into a hot herbal drink by infusing the herb in boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Serving:
Use 1 - 3 tsp nettle leaf per 1 cup of boiling water 3 times a day.

Manufacture Process
The production process for Indigo Herbs Nettle Leaf Tea is very simple; the plant leaves are usually harvested during flowering and are set out to be air dried until they have as little moisture in them as possible. After selection of the best individual dried leaf there follows testing to guarantee there are no other constituents or pollutants in the plant material. To make sure that all chemical constituents remain intact, this pure leaf has not been heat treated in any way. All plants are produced to GMP standards giving this product the Indigo Herbs seal of approval.
