Our Organic Oat Grass Powder is harvested when the tender shoots are at the peak of their nutritional potency, enzymatic activity and chlorophyll content. The plants are washed, with a selection of only the finest shoots to be made into powder. The selected shoots are then briefly blanched to prevent loss of colour, flavour and as a method of killing any unwanted bacteria. They are then specially dehydrated and stone ground into a fine powder. Absolutely no chemical pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers are used for this premium organic product. Our Organic Gluten Free Oat Flakes made from oats that are farmed under strict organic standards. The crop is tested for moisture before harvest - a moisture level of around 15% is ideal for harvesting. Once harvested, the oat groats are seperated from the husks and the groats are gently steamed then rolled into flakes. The flakes are then tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipment.

Proteins are a group of biological compounds which are present in every live cell, organ and tissue of the body.  Meaning “first” or “of prime importance” in Greek, proteins participate in every cellular process occurring in the body.  Proteins are made up of structures called amino acids, there are a total of 21 amino acids, 9 are essential, the rest are nonessential – you must consume the essential amino acids in your diet because your body cannot make them.

Our Organic Oat Bran is made from oats that are farmed under strict organic standards. The crop is tested for moisture before harvest - a moisture level of around 15% is ideal for harvesting. Once harvested, the oat kernels are separated from the husks - it is the husks that are used for Oat Bran. The husks are then ground into a fine meal and tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipping. 

It is necessary to drink large amounts of water if you are consuming Oat Bran.
