Oolong green tea, or 'Wu-lung, roughly translates as 'black dragon' and refers to the tea leaves in their rolled state after they have passed through a process of oxidization. The process can vary depending on how much oxidization is sought. After the leaves are picked, they are withered and left to oxidize in the sun before being turned in a basket to beat the surface area of the leaves.
