No chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers have been used in the growing of these Phoenix dactylifera palms. When the dates have reached their full maturity they are hand picked from the tree and set out to harden. They are then mechanically stripped of their skins and chopped before being tested for toxins and pollutants. This final step insures that you get only the very best organic chopped dates.
