Manufacture Process
This lower grade matcha is made from the second harvest and a few first harvest of Camellia sinensis leaves. It is shade grown in the same traditional way that all Matcha is cultivated. The drying process and grinding processes are usually done with machines instead of in the traditional way of oven curing and stone grinding. The quality is still very high and produces a great matcha for all your cooking needs. This Matcha is organically certified and is of an overall great quality.
