This powder can be added to boiling or cold water before use. Also can be made up in a smoothie or fruit juice. This herbal powder can be encapsulated or added to a powder blend. Please consult the Herbal Materia Medica or Medical Herbalist for this botanical ingredients uses.
Daily serving:
1 to 5 grams daily (this can be split up over the day). Not to exceed 5 grams per day.

Don’t take with alcohol! This is a raw powder extract, still fairly potent, but can cause digestive problems given the wrong combination. Otherwise, I slept like a rock! Tastes good as well

My experience with this product or company has not been good. After a 'glitch' on Indigo herbs ordering site of receiving a lot less product for money paid I started on the macuna powder. The recommended dose was 1g-5g! I After getting pains in my stomach and keeling over for periods of time for around 3 days I decided to research dosages from other sites. The recommended dosage on many sites was 100mg-500mg and not to exceed 1000mg/1g, a fraction of the recommended dosage on Indigo herbs packaging. Always do your own diligence and do not trust the dosage of products from this company.

It is the easiest one to get, the Indian companies I've dealed with don't accept their responsiblity if your package gets lost, while Indigo sent me another package because the Spanish Royal mail service made a mistake and they failed to deliver the goods, they sent it again in order to avoid any delaly.
Besides this it tastes good, and has an appropiate percentage of Levadopa.

The reason for 5 stars is that Indigo Herbs' packaging is very good and the product is decent value. It is a fine, pure powder than can be mixed into any liquid. As for mucuna, I wouldn't say I felt anything miraculous. After mixing and drinking 1/2 - 1 teaspoon with some coconut water, I had a large cup of green tea. This is said to boost the effect. After a couple of hours there was a slight glowing feeling which was enhanced by an espresso coffee. Perhaps if you suffer from very low dopamine then this effect will be more apparent.
