This Organic Raw Hazelnut Butter has been made with great care with a very slow milling/crushing process to avoid losing the nutritional value of the raw Hazelnuts. The mills are not allowed to reach a temperature above 42°C to ensure absolute freshness to this amazing raw butter. After the Hazelnuts have been milled into a lovely gooey consistency, the butter is simply collected up and jarred. The Hazelnuts used for this butter are certified Organic and tested to ensure that they are completely free from any pollutants.
