Integrating Superfoods into your daily diet is simple and easy. Superfoods are particularly dense in nutrients, and free from any bulking agents or fillers. By adding superfoods to your daily diet you can fortify your food with super nutrition. Try replacing breakfast with a superfood smoothie. The smoothie can be made with a base of nut milk, seed milk or non-dairy milk such as rice milk, alternatively the main body of the smoothie can be created with fruit or vegetable juices.
Then additional superfood and herb powders can be added to fortify the smoothie with extra beneficial properties, the powders are largely dissolvable and can be scooped in and then blended or shaken until fully mixed in. Superfoods can be easily added to breakfast cereals such as porridge, muesli or granola. The powders, berries, grains, seeds and nuts can also be added to soups, salads, stews, curries, and used as toppings for any meal.
Think about what you can replace in your daily diet with Superfoods. For full instructions go to our How to use Superfoods page.

Indigo Herbs Organic Turmeric Powder is grown to full maturity by organic farmers that have cultivated Turmeric root for many years. These farmers know when the Turmeric roots are fat and healthy for the very best harvest. Each root is checked and cleaned before being dehydrated in specifically engineered dehumidifiers so that all the botanical constituents aren’t lost during drying. The roots are then chopped and milled into a fine premium powder. This powder is then tested for heavy metals and other pollutants so that you receive only the very best pure Organic Turmeric Powder available.
Turmeric contains a naturally occurring source of salicylates and is best avoided by people eating a salicylate free diet.

Surprised I was able to discern the difference it makes to have a product made from curcumin longa ....somehow seems more 'refined' in a good way. I make my own oven chips with sweet potato, olive oil, turmeric and ground black pepper...salt to taste if you want, but plenty tasty enough without ! Recommended as a flavour, not just an ingredient.
