Pine Needle Tea can be made into a delicious hot drink by decocting the pine needles into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 5-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve.

Serving:

1-2 teaspoons of needles per 1 cup of boiling water, 3 times a day.

Harvested only from mature pine trees using the youngest pine needle tips and slow dried to keep all the pytonutrients intact. The pine trees are all grown in soil that is regularaly checked for heavy metals and other toxins.

100% pure pine needles

It is not considered safe to consume pine needle tea if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
