Grab a teapot, a cafetiere or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Manufacture Process

When this perennial is at peak maturity, in the summer, the leaves are separated from the root and air dried in the shade so none of the chemical constituents are destroyed by the sun. Plantain Leaf Tincture can be added to water or fruit juice and taken when required.

Traditionally Taken: 2-3ml taken 2-3 times per day, or as directed by a Herbal Practitioner.
