Grab a teapot, a cafeteria or your tea making equipment of choice. The botanical ingredients can be made into an herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoons of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water.

Manufacture Process
The Raspberry leaves that make up Indigo Herbs Raspberry Leaf Tea come from a perennial that fruits from Spring to Autumn, specifically grown for use as tea. The leaves are plucked and dried out of direct sunlight to ensure all the active chemical constituents are kept in the leaf matter. After drying, the leaves are screened and tested for pollutants so only very best examples are included in this Raspberry Leaf Tea.
