Manufacture Process
The red clover flowers that make up Indigo Herbs Red Clover Tincture is a perennial that flowers in summer. The flower heads are plucked and dried out of direct sunlight to ensure all the active chemical constituents are kept in the petal matter. The cold percolation method employs a gradient circulation of the solution which keeps the plant ingredients in perpetual contact with the ethanol. This technique is faster and more efficient than maceration and ensures there is less waste of precious plant materials.
