Serving:
¼ to 1 teaspoon of Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder per day. Do not exceed stated serving.
1 teaspoon equals 2.5 grams (1 tsp = 2.5g)
This Reishi Extract Powder is made from a hot water and ethanoic extraction where by a Reishi brew is concentrated in special vacuum sealed water evaporators. A small amount of Maltodextrin is then used as a carrier and mixed with the remaining Reishi concentrate before being spray dried. Spray drying is a common method of converting liquids into powder and involves the liquid being passed through a nozzle that makes a very fine spray. As the spray falls through a heated chamber and the warm air dries it to produce a powder. The hot air and powder are then separated in a ‘cyclone chamber’ and the powder collected. The Reishi extract is then collected, tested and packaged.
