Relax & Unwind Tea can be made into a herbal drink by infusing the herbs in boiling water. Serving: 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes.

Lemon Balm - Lemon Balm is mild, gentle and safe for children. Do not to take it concurrently with barbiturates for insomnia or anxiety, as it may increase their effects.
Oat Straw (Avena Sativa) - None known, however proceed with caution if sensitive to gluten (coeliac disease).
Vervain - Taking Vervain Tincture should be avoided during pregnancy because it is a uterine stimulant, but it may be taken during labor to stimulate contractions.
Rooibos - None known.
Lime Flowers - Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. If you are taking prescription medications for heart problems, please consult your healthcare professional before consuming Lime Flowers.
Honeybush - None Known.
