Rhubarb Products
Rhubarb is a common vegetable, a part of the buckwheat family and looks like a leafy green. What sets it apart from other leafy greens is that the leaves are toxic and the plant stems are the part that are mostly consumed. Rhubarb stems are usually consumed are being cooked with sugar to make a dessert in western countries.
