Take between 1 capsules (0.5g) and 4 capsules (2g) daily with liquid. Each capsule contains 500mg. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

The saw palmetto berry powder used to make these capsules has been carefully selected, dried and milled down into fine powder. The powder is then encapsulated before being made ready for shipping. This is the whole part plant powder, and nothing has been extracted.
The powder is encapsulated in the UK by a leading GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) registered pharmaceutical manufacturer.
