This herbal powder can be re-hydrated in water or fruit juice, it can be encapsulated or added to a herbal powder blend. Schizandra berry powder can be added to boiling water before use. Do not exceed suggested dosage.
Serving:
1 to 3 grams up to twice a day.

Average doses of herbal preparations are considered safe and nontoxic. Mild side effects may include indigestion and skin rash. Schisandra may promote contractions of the uterine muscles and thus should not be used by pregnant women.
Do not take Schisandra if you suffer from epilepsy (seizures, uncontrollable shaking).

Manufacture Process
Indigo Herbs Schisandra Powder is the whole Schisandra Berry finely milled into powder form. Grown to maturity until the end of July, the berry is picked, cleaned and then dried in shade so none of the chemical constituents are lost. When all the moisture has dried from the berry it is then milled into a fine powder ready for shipping.
