Dried Sea Buckthorn Berries can be used to make Sea Buckthorn Berry Tea. Crush the berries slightly and use 1 tsp per cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the crushed berries and leave to steep for 10 - 15 minutes. Sweeten with your favourite natural sweetener and serve.
