The botanical ingredients can be made into a herbal tea by infusing the herb in boiling water. Use 1 cup of boiling water per person. Let the tea brew for 5 - 15 minutes.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoon cut herb per 1 cup of boiling water up to 3 times a day

Manufacture Process
Before peak maturity, the Skullcap plants are cut and identified by plant experts before the leaves and small stem parts stripped away. Only prime examples of the leaf are used in our Skullcap Leaf Cut Tea. Damaged or underdeveloped leaf is disregarded through a process of elimination. The best plant matter is then slow dried out of direct sunlight and tested for pollutants to make sure that you get only the very finest leaf for your tea.
