This product is made from high quality fresh sour cherry at the proper stage of ripening. The fruit are washed and inspected then IQF frozen. The fruit is then infused with sugar, dried on a belt drier, inspected, metal checked and packed. Small quantities of sunflower oil is added as a free flowing agent. No other additives, preservatives, flavouring or colouring is added.
