Indigo Herbs Triphala Capsules are a blend of three fruit powders and is the cornerstone of Ayurveda. Our Triphala Powder is encapsulated and can be taken daily. Made of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) in equal parts.

Take between 1 and 2 capsules (2g) up to two times daily. Each capsule contains 500mg.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
In large doses or if your body is not used to it Triphala can cause flatulence and or loose stools.

Manufacture Process
Cultivation of each of the 'Three Fruits' that make up Indigo Herbs Triphala Capsules are nurtured under certified Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP). The collection, selection and drying methods are all closely scrutinized maximizing quality throughout the process of harvest. Authorized botanists check and identify all plants before they are dried and then finely milled into powders making sure there are no foreign bodies or pollutants within the finished product. The powder is then encapsulated into Vegan capsules. Indigo Herbs Triphala Capsules are also in compliance with both European and Indian Ayurvedic Pharmacopeia standards.
