Our Turkey Tail Mushroom Powder can be blended with a superfood smoothie, encapsulated, or taken simply with hot water. It can be blended with other mushroom powders and added to soups, stews and used to make a super healthy vegetable stock. It can be mixed with Organic or Raw Cacao Powder to make a delicious and nutritious mushroom hot chocolate drink.
Serving:
Suggested dosage range is 1-2g per day. It is recommended that the powder is added to a large glass of hot water (300ml) as taking the powder with hot water increases its effectiveness.

Indigo Herbs Turkey Tail Mushroom Powder is grown in a controlled environment on sterile grain based substrate. After the mushrooms have reached maturity they are harvested and put in specially designed vacuumed sealed dehumidifiers. After the drying process is over, the mushrooms are milled using a grade 60 mesh. There is absolutely nothing added to this Turkey Tail mushroom powder and it has been rigorously checked for foreign contaminants. All production is under GMP standards and is quality assured by Indigo Herbs.
