Turmeric Root Tea can be made into a delicious hot drink by decocting the Turmeric root into boiling water. Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 3-10 minutes depending on taste. Then strain and serve.
Serving:
1-2 teaspoons dried root per 1 cup of boiling water, up to 3 times a day.

Turmeric Root Tea is produced from mature Turmeric plants that have been specially farmed for their roots. After the roots have been dug up and cleaned they are inspected for animal damage and selected for the best specimens to be cut and made into turmeric root tea. The selected roots are then dehydrated until there is little moisture in the plant material. The dried turmeric root is then tested for pollutants before being made ready for shipping.
