Take between 1 capsules (0.5g) and 2 capsules (1g) daily with liquid. Each capsule contains 500mg. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a balanced diet.

The Wormwood used to make these capsules has been carefully selected, dried and milled down into fine powder. The powder is then encapsulated before being made ready for shipping. This is the whole part plant powder, and nothing has been extracted.
The powder is encapsulated in the UK by a leading GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) registered pharmaceutical manufacturer. GMP registration requires rigorous inspection by the MHRA and regular GMP audits enforce optimum quality standards in the encapsulation process. Indigo Herbs capsule casings are made from HPMC, a plant-based cellulose material approved for vegetarian and vegan use by the Vegetarian Society, and Halal and Kosher-certified. HPMC is about as biologically neutral foodstuff as it is possible to find, and the only other ingredient in the casings is water.
