Yerba Mate powder can be made into a tea by infusing in boiling water for 10 minutes. Can also be taken with water, fruit juice or blended into a smoothie.
Serving:
2 grams per cup. Do not exceed 3 cups per day.

Manufacture Process
This Yerba Mate Powder has been produced from some of the finest Ilex paraguariensis trees. The leaves are plucked and steeped for a few seconds in boiling water so that they lose some of their leathery toughness before being air dried out of the sun. Once completely dry they are screened and sorted through to make sure that this Yerba Mate powder is some of the best that can be bought. After the leaves have been milled into a fine powder, the powder is tested to make sure there are no heavy metals or other pollutants in each batch. The Yerba Mate powder is then made ready for shipping.
