We supply our products to trade customers with excellent margins, high volume discounts, and the same gold standard customer service that we offer to our retail customers. We also appoint an account manager who will personally oversee our trade partner's orders.
We supply a wide variety of herbs, herbal teas, herbal tinctures, superfoods, wholefoods, aromatherapy, incense and resins and offer a range of sizes.
You will need a trade account to place an order so if you haven't already applied for one, Apply Here. You can place your order by adding your goods to basket and checking out on line, or if you prefer you can pick up the phone and order with us in person.
The simplest way to pay for your order is using your credit or debit card or Paypal on our secure payment gateway which you will find at the end of the checkout process. Our payment service is provided by Secure Trading.
We are also able to accept bank transfers for payment. For credit terms please speak to us for more information.
Our customer promise is to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment however where possible we will dispatch orders before this.
If a large order means we cannot fulfill our customer promise, your account manager will contact you to discuss how we can best meet your needs.
We operate a just-in-time ordering system with our suppliers to ensure high product quality. In some cases (especially herbal teas and powders) we occasionally encounter seasonal availability issues.
