Meghna started cooking at the age of eight and has never looked back! Cooking up a storm in her kitchen and feeding people is her major passion in life. Moving to London from India in 2013 introduced her to innovative ways of eating and living healthy. Her focus is on sugar free food made with natural, seasonal and organic ingredients. She currently has been creating a range of raw confectionery, grain free meals and healthy breakfast bowls which she shares on her healthy food blog and Instagram. PS: She cannot live without Avocado, Oats & Almonds!
