Emma is very accomplished Yoga teacher having reached the RYT 500 level of certification and has made her yoga practice the centre of her life. She teaches people to get the best from their bodies through an intimate relationship with movement. She's also a freelance writer & qualified massage therapist; Emma has a passion for spreading the word of well-being to others and helping people to realise that their own natural state of being is one of health and happiness.
